Designation Assistant General Manager- Logistic & Distribution Based at Ahmedabad
Job Description
This position is responsible for the following:

Handling C&F/CSA operations, new appointment, agreements, stockiest appointment, domestic distribution and export clearance, inventory monitoring/ controlling/ planning scheduling of the requirement/ dispatches, non moving, near expiry, breakage & damaged.
Handling mother warehouses, CFAs, stockiests .looking the Monthly , Quarterly, and Annual Targets (Inventory , Stock over, Distribution , Primary, Secondary& Tertiary
Monitoring the Forecasting vir actual sales , Budgeting and Controlling of Distribution and Logistics expenses .
Assured road permits / CT-3 forms /CT-1/ re-warehousing / export proof of shipment/ Cenvet Credit/ Various Bonds. Reviewing compliance matters & excise departmental audits. Overseeing warehouse & CSA operations for Goods receipt, order execution, Invoicing, Collection of PDC, finished goods stock checking & periodic stock taking.
Monitoring a logistics and distribution policy.
Negotiation with Transporter/ Courier /CHA/Freight Forwarders Final Agreement in coordination with Procurement department
Transit Insurance Claim (Under Marine Policy)
Credit Cover Insurance
Product NOC , Maintain relation with Local Druggist & Chemist Association & AIOCD
Desired Profile Educational: Graduate + any Diploma in SCM / Material Management /Ware house management
