Job Description

Objectives:
Run Midmarket Telesales business in IT (domestic market)
Represent as Telesales Team member in all interactions with Client
Foster customer satisfaction
Lead Midmarket telesales programs/campaigns, objectives and metrics
Increase Clients knowledge of its customers to enable Client to improve its offerings and relationship
Ensure use and maintenance of appropriate systems to capture customer data in a timely and accurate manner

Roles & Responsibilities:
Responsible for sales calling in the domestic Market
Defines quota for each Telesales Representative jointly with Client
Generates ideas and defines strategies to achieve business and customer satisfaction goals
Implements Clients Sales Model in the telesales area for opportunity management
Defines, executes, analyzes and reports daily operation
Serves as communication channel between Sales Head and Client
Participates in periodic meetings and conference calls with Client to follow up business and define action plans
Presents results to his superiors, including business analysis of highlights and lowlights and action plan to exceed goals
Responsible for build a strong network / relationship with clients (especially international).
Should have skills to aid in proposals, documentation.
Follow ups with prospects on regular basis.
Able to follow sales life-cycle and open up new leads on regular basis .

Required Skill Set:
2-4 years sales experience preferably in IT and/or ERP
Local language fluency
Fluent oral and written English
At least 2 years experience in sales teams, preferably telesales teams
Familiarity with issues & challenges related to Medium Businesses.
Organizational, communication, negotiation, and problem solving skills
College degree in Business Administration, Marketing or MBA or BCA or MCA or Btech/B.E or Any Professional Degree or related experience
Experience and understanding of the IT industry preferred.
Should have good exposure in selling IT Software Services to potential clients preferably ERP selling experience qualifying and pursuing potential leads from domestic market through calling, online research.
