Interview Process
Interview will start tentatively from November.
There will be 4 rounds of Internal Interviews (2 rounds will be from US, in any of the time zone. Candidate should be available anytime for the skype/ telephonic interview where it is mid-night or early morning as per US timing) . Skype Id is mandatorily required.
Last round of interview might be F2F at Respective Locations.

After selection internally, Visa will be filed. In between the process of interviews with Experis clients will be conducted. The candidate will only resign from his current employer once he is selected by Client of Experis after his Visa is approved.
Please note if you are selected in our screening process, ManpowerGroup would be filing for your H1B visa (normal) by April, 2014. All expenses related to your visa filing would be taken care by ManpowerGroup (YOU HAVE TO ONLY PAY WORK VISA FEE 190.00$ WHILE SCHEDULING YOUR VISA INTERVIEW) and you would be expected to relocate to USA anywhere between October 2014 – March 2015.

Once you are selected, Experis will send a Conditional Offer Letter which will be tentatively by end of March (“Subject to Visa Approval” will be mentioned in that letter).
In case any candidate backs-out after the visa gets approved, he need to pay back the amount of 4K to 5K US $ (This is only if candidate is not joining after visa approval to recover the basic cost).

Background check will be conducted, so make sure all required documents of all the previous Organizations are in place.

Develop the architecture for a functional verification environment including reference models, bus functional monitors and drivers.
Write a verification test plan using random techniques and coverage analysis and working with designers to ensure it is complete.
Build a constrained random environment for various functional blocks as well as for full chip testing.
Develop tests and tune the environment to achieve the coverage goals.
Debug failures and work with the logic designers to resolve the issues.

BSCS/EE or equivalent required with 5-7 years of logic verification experience of functional units in Microprocessor-based SOC products.
Strong programming skills using C++ and Verilog.
Experience with writing a detailed test plan and building a sophisticated directed random verification environment.
Working knowledge in one or more of the following: Processor architecture, SOC components, SOC inter-connect busses and memory interfaces.
Experience with System Verilog is strongly desired.
Experience in working with EDA verification tools is a plus.(e,g; waveform viewers, coverage tools etc.).
