Job Description
The Business Presentation Specialist (BPS) creates PowerPoint charts from handwritten or electronic manuscripts sent by McKinsey consultants and assigned by a Process Leader for completion within an agreed upon time frame. Business Presentation Specialists’ work involves the creation of new pages, editing and formatting existing documents as well as converting presentations from one template to another.
Desired Profile
Any graduation (excluding BE/ B Tech/ ME/ M Tech/ MCA/ BCA / or any specialization in Computer Science & Information Technology)

Prefer candidates with work experience of 6 months – 5 years in voice/ non-voice based BPO roles such as:

Job Description The objective of having this role is to have a Senior person from the Instructional Design Practice to take care of the overall design requirements of some projects in an Account or Vertical. He/she would be responsible to manage the skill allocations and growth of the team and the Practice and make sure that the requirements and expectations of the customer are met and exceed expectations.

The objective of having this role is to ensure that the standard processes in the Practice are followed, and understood by the team members in the team/account. Innovative ideas (within the constraints) are provided to customers and that their requirements and expectations are met and exceed expectations to provide customer delight.
Train, mentor and lead a team of 15 – 30 IDs. This team includes direct and indirect reports.
Motivate and improve skill & competency level of ID team.
Interact with cross-functional project teams.
Coordinate with Project Stakeholders and Subject Matter Experts to ensure schedule adherence of the deliverables.
Ensure successful delivery of projects adhering to cost, quality and schedule.
