POSITION SUMMARY & KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:
Lead a group of parts usage analysts that manage all the parts actions, defectives, and quality globally and provide business intelligence to senior management at the Corporate and Regional level
Capture and prioritize all parts reporting and analytics requirements from NCR Services and NCR Integrated Supply Chain.
Strong analytical skills are required to understand and explain part and process changes, trends and be able to concisely summarize findings and conclusions. Create control limits and agility to sense and signal negative and/or positive changes in parts usage.
Conduct analyses of operational data married with financial data in order to help guide the Parts business leaders (Parts Logistics, New Parts Supply, Repair Supplier Operations, Commodity Director) on how to drive operational performance improvements that will result in the most meaningful impacts on the P&L.
Develop custom reporting in support of the different lines of business. Parts related issues and opportunities with respect to Customer, region, defect types, repair or new-buy suppliers and sensing changes in trends.
Participate in the development of the EDW (Enterprise Data Warehouse) infrastructure, publishing standard reports to the Corporate repositories and training users on the use of data structures.
Gather information from a wide range of sources to resolve problems with unknown solutions including internal business units and third party vendors
Work in a cross functional environment with team members from Vertical Lines of Business, Regional Centers, Engineering, Finance, Information Technology and others
Ideally, the candidate should have experience in Service delivery, Quality process development, statistical control programs, data mining and signaling.
Incorporate repair supplier parts information and defective review teams physical and parts information into a holistic and actionable strategy for part quality actions, projects, and improvement.

BASIC REQUIREMENTS:
Industrial Engineering or Operations Research Bachelors Degree or equivalent
7-10 years of related experience
Proficiency in linear regression and other statistical analysis methods
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint), strong capability with Excel and PowerPoint
Six Sigma Black Belt Certified
High functioning conversational and technical English skills written and spoken
VISA for USA and Global travel and high travel flexibility. Travel approximately 15% (2 times/quarter maximum)

PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS:
Proven clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
Ability to organize work while managing shifting priorities in an ever changing environment
Proven ability to leverage relationships to obtain information necessary to provide the team with the most current business information
