This position requires the candidate to have a good understanding of entire cycle of Order to Cash (O2C) , Accounts Receivable , Reconciliations . Candidate should have strong accounting background and needs to support various business segments. The primary activities in this job profile include managing team working on O2C / Accounts Receivables , resolving exceptions , Creating and documenting SOPs , Training material in the domain ,continuous process improvement
ERPs application like Peoplesoft , SAP etc will be an added advantage.
Eligibility Criteria:
– Minimum 1 -8 years of relevant work experience.
– full-time graduates / post graduates only.
– Freshers not eligible.
– 15 Years regular education is a must.
– B.E/B.Tech /MCA NOT eligible.
– Graduates through Open Universities/Correspondence, under graduates need not apply.
– Should NOT have more than 2 years break in graduation or employment.
– Should NOT have attended any TCS interview in last 6 months.
– Should be willing to work in US Shifts.

Marketing of SEG products under SME segment. SEG is Small Enterprise Group dealing in accounts having credit exposure of upto Rs.5 Crs. (upto Rs. 10 / 20 Crs. in select products)
Sourcing quality new to bank business to achieve Asset, NII and Fee income target along with maintaining quality of accounts booked. New to Bank business can be sourced in two ways;
A. Self-sourcing: Under self-sourcing (lead generation by the Sales Manager without involvement of Channels mentioned in point b), the Sales Manager will have to identify potential industrial areas/trading units & prepare strategies to increase our penetration in those areas and thereby improve banks market share. The Sales Manager is also expected to build their own network of Chartered Accountants, Industry associations, trade bodies for regular flow of leads.
B. Driving Channels: In addition to self-sourcing, the Sales Manager is expected to effectively manage different lead generating channels to generate expected business
I. Internal channels: Branches / other business verticals (Business Banking, Salary Acc., Affluent segment, Trust, Treasury, etc.
II. External Channels: Empaneled outsourced agencies such as Axis Sales and BA/DSA.

To work with senior business and technology managers, as required, to identify business requirements and the associated business case for development projects.
