Job Description

Pre-requisites:
13+ years of experience, including experience in leading delivery teams, and strong technical background
Good understanding of RFx response requirements, and must have participated in Pre.Sales / Sales Support role
Exposure to bid management, solution architecting, estimation, customer presentation., etc
Basic understanding of varied MSat competencies, as applicable for solution development
Good interpersonal relationship building skills & Identify the strength, weaknesses, threat & classify business opportunities in US market
Excellent written and oral communication
Key responsibilities :
Lead the bid/pursuit process (proposal response) to create winning proposals, take to closure assigned bid responses, escalating appropriately/ timely manner as required
Evaluate Bid document, prepare comprehensive proposal structure to achieve stated bid goals on cost/ time/ quality dimensions
Work with multiple functional teams i.e. Solution, Delivery, Finance, Legal, HR and other partnering companies.
Create WIN themes. Establish milestones, timelines, internal and external review criterion
Setup the bid team structure involving different technology competencies and functions- Legal, HR, Finance, and Win Room ..within the organization and ensure accountability with all teams
Successfully manage multiple pursuits from different customers
Additionally, support with
Customer Intelligence to Sales team for lead generation, Go To Market Penetration (GTM), Orchestrate sales pitch for new customers mapping organization solutions and offerings to their identified pain points
Manage customer visit, create marketing collaterals for client demonstrations and Analyst meet

Work Location: Chennai
Having experience in manufacturing domain would be an added advantage
