Job Description

Key Accountabilities

* Provide the daily / cycle test plans and activities, monitoring and reporting progress against the plan, providing guidance where required as well as taking any corrective action to ensure the agreed plan is achieved,
* Prepare test plans and test scripts to test each IREG and TADIG tests,
* Plan, monitor and execute IREG testing on all services and familiar with IR24, IR35, IR32, IR50, IR60
* Plan, monitor and execute TADIG testing on all billing services and familiar with addressing/solving the issues face in TADIG validation
* Responsible for the development, implementation and adherence of testing standards in partnership with the VRS Service Owner, VISPL and Vodafone OpCos, third party Operators and Vendors team.
* Produce all testing deliverables in conformance with the industry standards,
* Recommend best practice for the test methodology and update lessons learnt
* Manage any Test Service performance issues for the Test resources as reported by the VRS Service Owner, VSSI and Vodafone OpCos, third party Operators and Vendors team
* Responsible, in close co-operation with VRS, Vodafone Operating Company and third party management, for the IREG and TADIG test planning, execution and troubleshooting delivery projects and will work closely with worldwide mobile operators
* Identify improvements to the testing process and assists in their implementation,
* Ensure defects are identified, captured and resolved using the agreed the Defect Management process

Primary Skills

Knowledge of Signaling SS#7 (ISUP, SCCP, MAP, CAP), GTP

 

Must to Have:
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
* A commitment to quality and a thorough methodical approach to work
* Ability to work in a challenging multi-cultural environment
* Confidence and capability to travel to Europe intermittently, as required
* Fluent in English is essential and any other international language skills would be a definite advantage.
* Flexible, professional, detail-oriented and accurate; you can work independently
* Excellent coordination skill

Looking at someone who is strong in Insurance BPO Ops Delivery and has handled teams in excess of 150. Can also be from the Health Insurance BPO industry.
