Job Description

To ensure timely and accurate accounting and processing of payouts of Policyholder like Surrender, coupon, Dividend, Annuity & death claims and Distribution Channel within agreed timelines / TATs.
Ensure accurate reporting of monthly premium & commission by ensuring Monthly reconciliation with MIS v/s OLAS/CAMS v/s SAP and ensure daily resolution if any difference in Premium or interface recon with the help of concern Dept.

Process Premium Refund / Reapplication / Fund Transfer, and ensure the correct OLAS manual entries & Trandata Upload.
Ensure smooth conduct of audit (including statutory and internal) with no major audit observation.
Support new system development for better controls & automation of manual processes. Raise CR whenever required and ensure timely closure of the same.
Ensure timely preparation and submission of Balance sheet recon to the financial control team every month and ensure all efforts are made for timely resolution of open items
