Job Description

1. Manage relations with the associated business functions and other senior leaders in the organization.
2. Proactively identify and provide solutions for associated business functions.
3. Scope of this role: HR, FC&A, India wide Office Infrastructure, Mobile enterprise devices and apps.
4. Architect/ Design the Enterprise IT Eco system (SAP) and service the OSS/ BSS organization to ensure organizational objectives and metrics are met (inclusive of Revenue, Profit, Utilization, Innovation, Client Satisfaction).
5. Drive/Support large scale implementation pursuits within cross disciplinary teams.
6. Effectively manage escalations while building/ strengthening interfaces and teams
7. Establish sustainable and measurable internal standardization programs and productized services that drive increased On Time/Budget delivery results.
8. Management of assigned Project, Program, and Delivery Managers, including performance management (coaching, performance reviews, training, calibration processes, career management and rewards/ recognitions)

Qualification and Work Experience

Qualification: B.E./B.Tech. (Mandatory) from premier institutes
Work experience: (Minimum: 18 yrs- Maximum: 24 yrs)

1. 15+ years of overall SAP experience in the software or professional services industry and 7 years of SAP Services and Delivery experience with prior Management roles.
2. Should have designed Enterprise IT ecosystem.
3. Managed a team of 100 plus.
4. Should have successful track record in designing and delivering SAP projects enterprise wide.
5. Familiarity with all the modules of ERP is a must.
6. Should be well versed with Mobile devices and apps.

Added advantage:
1. Professional Certifications (in Telecom domain/technology/product) preferred.
2. SAP Certifications.
3. Knowledge on Standards such as BPMN, eTOM, SID, TIP, TOGAF, TAM, ITIL etc.

1. Business acumen to oversee programs of various sizes and risk that span organizational boundaries, including multiple business units and multiple service partners/vendors.

Job Description
Job Role:

The role requires to oversee all activities of the organization related to Hedge/ Private Equity Funds which include accounting, Registrar and Transfer Agency Functions.

Job Responsibilities:

Oversee and perform legal and management work of client funds companies

Assuring delivery of the highest possible Quality Funds Services

Document a plan, detailing targets by sector, client, product and revenue.

Target maximum product penetration by client.

Acting as primary contact with clients and other fund participants. Meeting expectations of fund participants, adhering to deadlines.

Maintaining relationships with investors, investment advisors/managers, banks, brokers and auditors and other fund participants.

Coordinate and supervise internal operational trainings to ensure operational staff will have adequate competences needed to execute their functions.

Enforce policies, procedures and work-instructions with operational staff in order to achieve a standardized way of working towards the clients.

Propose relevant changes to procedures and systems in order to optimize the internal processes of Funds Department.

Create sound working environment of Funds Department through people management and motivational practices in order to achieve maximum productivity.

Act as change agent in order to have the operational staff continuously adapt to changes resulting from the changing needs of clients

Responsible for developing and sharing internally market competitive information learned, influencing the development of Companys products and services ensuring competitive analysis that adds value to sales strategy.

Responsible for contributing to the global Sales Strategy, working effectively with other offices of Amicorp at all locations.

Responsible for controlling direct costs through effective management of the annual operating budget.

Responsible for contributing to the marketing plan, ensuring marketing effort furthers sales success.

Desired Profile
University degree with CA / FCA.

Minimum 15 years of post-qualification experience in the similar area.

Should possess excellent domain knowledge and expertise in Financial & Accounting Services, Hedge Fund Accounting and good understanding of financial products and/or Hedge Fund software.

Proven track record of sales capacity and commercial skills.

Capability to work under time pressure in a dynamic business environment.

Able and willing to travel for business development and entertain intermediaries/ Clients.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Excellent social and interpersonal skills.

Self-motivated and results oriented.

Good analytical skills.
