ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

– Independently manage business development for Indian GAAP / IFRS / US GAAP and other accounting advisory engagements.

– Provide accounting advisory support to FS clients, including implementation assistance with new accounting standards.

QUALIFICATION

– A recognized accounting degree – preferably Chartered Accountancy.

Job Description: Systems Integration Manager
Location: Mumbai
To assist VMware in its overall objective of increasing both revenue and product penetration. This role, in keeping with all VMware sales roles, is for an individual with high energy, high ambition and an overwhelming desire to succeed.
Responsibilities:
To accelerate VMware proliferation by establishing VMwares Products & Solutions as the industry standard within the top System Integrators in India. This will be achieved through the design, negotiation and agreement of replicable VMware solutions & activities intended to position VMware as a core component of their go to market strategy.
Responsible for developing, maintaining and executing an elaborate business plan comprising of revenue targets, enablement plans, executive engagements and inter-organizational mapping, resulting in the achievement of the desired revenue targets for VMware, through the strategic SI partnership.
Tactical Objective:
To develop, realize and maintain incremental revenue by selling and advocating VMware products and solutions to Systems Integrators (sell to as well as sell through).
Specific functions:
Identify a pipeline of incremental revenue to VMware by identifying new opportunities to, through and with SIs. Use this to strengthen the case to SI for VMware standardization
Account coverage qualify / establish / maintain high awareness of VMware value propositions to all assigned SIs in the defined territory
Identify and Advise the Sales Teams on new opportunities and facilitate / manage reciprocal engagement with SI client teams to leverage sales
Initiate Proof of concept work for specific projects (i.e. client specific) or generic repeatable solutions
Track business development in $ by Quarter in a format that is accessible on demand

Qualifications:
Ideally educated to degree level
12 to 15 years experience selling Enterprise Software / hardware. Prior experience of working with Systems Integrators like TCS, Tech Mahindra, etc is a must
Experience in building a partner-based business plan along with a successful execution strategy
Success in closing high value contract negotiations
A background of consistently exceeding target
