Job Description
a. Key objective / Purpose of the job:
The Enterprise Solutions Support Centre is the single point of contact for all TATA Communications International Enterprise Customers, and owner off all Assurance activities related to complex solutions across all technologies and products such as Transport, Data (MPLS, Internet, Ethernet), Managed VPN (IPSEC, MPLS), Managed Security, Managed Hosting, WAN acceleration and optimisation, Unified Communication.
The Quality Assurance Director is responsible for driving continual improvement and daily high levels of customer service within the department, resulting in increased Customer Satisfaction and efficiency, only focusing on Unified Communication and Collaboration (UCC). This involves developing and enhancing processes and systems, training, cross-functional teamwork and measurement (such as Assurance, Delivery, Product, and Engineering), production of reports, interaction with levels from Director to CxO.
b. Major activities:
Work closely with functional teams and be responsible for ensuring that all support aspects required to maintain or increase Customer Experience as well as operations efficiency are considered during Product, Engineering, and Delivery phases.
Perform initial quality planning and implement cost effective quality plans.
Drive continual improvement of live services by managing actions within the Service Assurance department and running cross-functional workgroups.
Reporting to the business leaders on UCC operational metrics.
Establishing strong relationships with the leadership team as the SPOC for all UCC services and a go to person.
Make data-based recommendations to enhance operational excellence, leading the implementation of new processes, activities, and culture that enhance the Customer Experience.
Maintain and develop processes and procedures; implement and be responsible for a documentation management system.
Develop systems to support these processes, considering automation and integration to increase efficiency.
Measure and report on processes performance, monitor trends, take corrective actions. Provide specific reports on product performance especially for UCC.
Define training plans and manage them in coordination with functional managers
Work with the Supplier-Partner team to define and measure 3rd parties performance and compliance with contract terms, including audits. Attendance and championing any Service Improvement Plans which may be in place with 3rd parties.
Overseeing Severity 1 escalations are being managed effectively and driving customer communication in line with the escalation processes.

a) Essential Qualifications: Advanced/Master Degree in Telecommunications
b) Requisite Skills:
10 -15 years of experience in the telecommunications industry with at least 5 years in quality leadership
Must be a hands on leader willing to take responsibility for resolving technical, organisational and process related challenges
Experience in supporting multinational enterprise customers support is very important
Have already managed or worked with multi-cultural teams
Languages: fluent English, other languages are a plus
Strong knowledge of Telecommunications technical domains, with focus on UCC
Previous experience of managing a UCC product, design or support organisation is a plus
Strong customer focus; requires the ability to ensure that the customer perspective is a driving force behind business decisions and activities.
Must have excellent verbal and written communication and effective presentation skills, clearly conveying complex issues in a concise manner, and interact with levels from Director to CxO; using appropriate interpersonal styles and techniques to gain acceptance of ideas or plans.
Must have exceptional decision making skills, identifying and understanding issues, problems, and opportunities; comparing data from different sources to draw conclusions
Ability to deal with concurrent problems and issues effectively. Ability to work under a dynamic and high-pressure environment
Must be able to facilitate change effectively, encouraging others to seek opportunities for different and innovative approaches to addressing problems and opportunities.

Ability to collaborate and function as part of a team is essential

Job Description Essence of the job/ job purpose:
This leadership position will be responsible for supporting many aspects of the enterprise information security infrastructure, providing continuous monitoring, security services and quality assurance of security controls including their implementation, maintenance, incident response, threat analysis, validation of controls and enforcement of security policies, standards and configurations.
The EIS T&O Sr. Manager and their teams in EGS India will deliver quality services that provide the highest availability to our business partners while ensuring the integrity and security of the corporate networks and systems. In addition they will manage and allocate appropriate people and resources to ensure production stability, performance and availability goals, and service level agreements are met and align with strategic objectives of Wells Fargo information security program. This roles decision making carries significant value as well as risk to the organization and its ability to service Enterprise Information Security as a whole, its businesses and customers.
The EIS T&O Sr. Manager is responsible for ensuring that updates are made to the security posture as cyber security threats change, new security controls for protection are developed and emerging information security solutions become acceptable. The role will work in close partnership with Enterprise Information Security T&O Technology Area Managers and Information Security Leaders for lines of business, Operational Risk as well as technology leaders who have responsibility for computing platforms, network services, datacenter management, information services and operations. The EIS T&O Sr. Manager maintains open communication channels with internal cross-functional teams to ensure the highest level for information protection and ability for service to our lines of business and customers.

Principal accountabilities:
This role will partner with all EIST&O directs to help them achieve the most out of our off-shore teams through effective utilization of the right talent pools, sustain high levels of quality and productivity, leverage the unique capabilities of each geography that we operate in and foster a high engagement level of teams across geographies.
Primary Responsibilities:
Proactively engaging in building security practices within EGS locations to support the larger information security program and activities.
Providing technical understanding of existing and emerging information security risks.
Demonstrate organizational agility and work at the executive level across direct and indirect reporting lines to provide views of the aggregate information security risks associated with our enterprise activities to the Enterprise Information Security (EIS) senior leadership.
Provide clear and timely, strategic-level consultation to senior technology, operational risk and compliance leaders regarding information security risks and requirements, and recommend innovations which further protect both business and informational assets.
Provide a single point of direction for information security operations across all India locations while ensuring adequate integration of information security program and services within Wells Fargo.
