Job Description

Position Summary:

Financial Analysts role is primarily to support the Chairman, Chief Financial Officer and the Executive Directors of Finance in the financial planning and analysis of India business.
Key Responsibilities:

Creating financial models in order to project the cash flow and profitability of India business as well as the parent company.
Working with key management to create an internal financial budgeting plan
Building monthly, quarterly and annual budgets from scratch, and creating break-even and returns analyses
Interacting with sales team, marketing team and other operational teams to integrate information and build a budgeting analysis.
Developing roll-up segment analyses that showcase the financial plan and projections of products by brand, SKU, customer, geography, etc.
Delivering several scenarios of growth, margins, working capital and capital structure options for the business.
Presenting financial planning and analysis results to senior management including the Chairman and CFO.
Developing ad hoc financial analyses to support the business
Qualification Profile:

Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field from a top tier university; MBA preferred
6-10 years of work experience in a corporate finance, accounting or investment banking/consulting role
Must be proficient in Excel, Word and Powerpoint
Must be adept in developing financial models and performing technical analyses
Must be proficient in taking analyses and creating presentations that deliver a clear message of results
Must have excellent writing skills

Job Description

The Windows Systems Manager serves as the technical administrator for hardware, operating systems, and network management, and plans and coordinates the installation, configuration and testing of hardware and software components. This work may involve central or departmental computer systems, networks and facilities.
Provides technical leadership for Windows system administration and Windows infrastructure (including Active Directory).
Serves as a liaison between the Core Technologies Windows Systems team and other ITS groups to facilitate a consistent and predictable server hosting service model.
Advises on technologies that directly support desktops, interfacing directly with Client Relationship Management and Application Development staff.
Plays a key role in the assessment and consolidation of outlying Microsoft services/technology deployments into the centralized campus Windows enterprise.
The Windows Systems Manager understands and advocates for the appropriate use of virtual hosting using VMware and cloud services using AWS.
Overarching responsibility is to ensure the successful development, deployment and support of centralized campus Windows services.

Technical Requirements:
Significant experience managing Windows servers and infrastructure, including Active Directory.
Significant experience leading a team of Windows system administrators who support a production IT environment consisting of over 100-server implementations.
