Reporting Authority: Project Manager/Executive Director

Responsibilities:
1. Preparation of the TDS, PF of all employees at site
2. Coordinating with the finance & head office to arrange salary payments
3. Giving approval to vendor payments after consultation with stores
4. Processing of non project expenditure like purchases, claims, direct marketing expenses after attaching invoice with the supporting vouchers
5. Processing sub-contractor payments after receiving the progress payment certificate from the client
6. Keeping records of all the payments made via all payment modes with supporting vouchers
7. Taking care of the claims regarding site by doing loss assessment & repair
8. Coordinating with the insurance company &
9. Responsible for Making the payment for sub contractor, transportation bills.
10. Responsible for Following and Ensuring necessary labour rules
11. Responsible for Material reconciliation with the interim payment contract & sub-contractor bills
12. Verification of repairs prepared by the mechanical staff
13. Maintaining the MIS of all the cash, cheque payments & receipts
14. Filing the necessary quarterly returns
15. Responsible for Managing daily cash, labour payments
16. Responsible for Passing the sub contractor bills, aggregate material bills, reconciliation statements
17. Coordinating with the store department to obtain the necessary supporting vouchers for the payments.

o Conduct testing – Unit testing, assist in system testing, set up environment and data, creation of test plan documents
o Participate in project status review meetings and report status to the project leader.
o Conduct peer reviews during design, coding and testing
o Follow quality assurance norms and guidelines.
o Interface with quality reviewers and auditors for their modules.
o Drive SLA adherence within the team.

People Development

o Identifies and assigns appropriate roles to team members.
o Conduct knowledge transfer sessions for new joiners in the project team
o Guide and mentor team members from a technical perspective to ensure delivery of the module.
o Review code produced by the developers.
o Prepare guidelines and checklists for the team, track issues to closure.
o Complete mandatory training for self.
