Provide excellent chat and email support to resolve user problems with their Email/Chat/Online accounts

Minimum Skill Requirement

Must Have:
Any Degree/ Diploma
At least 1+ years experience in a customer service role
Effective probing and comprehension skills
Problem solving skills with customer centric approach
Active user of the internet and online applications
Excellent written English language communication skills
Openness to work flexible hours as required, including night shifts and holidays
Experience working collaboratively and proactively in a diverse team environment

Support Type / Hours

Predominantly Voice Interaction support and also through email, chat & remote support.
24×7 Support, shifts based on roster. This means role requires working in US / Night shifts and weekends and on national holidays.
10 hours shift with 1 hour break split into 2 short breaks and one lunch breaks.
5 days working per week, with weekly offs based on roster

Interpersonal Skills

Excellent customer service skills including follow up, verbal and written communication
Ability to communicate complex technical issues in a friendly and easy to understand format (verbal and written)
Ability to work independently and within a team
Experience with prioritizing multiple tasks in a fast paced and ambiguous environment
