JOB DESCRIPTION
Business development:
Ensure sales target achievement as per the business plan of the division.
Ensure monthwise sales commitment is achieved
Capable of working with Central & State Govt bodies for specifying Honeywell Security Solutions.
Working with different Govt Departments catering to sectors like Education, Healthcare, Manufacturing & to sell Honeywell solutions.
Engage early with End customers and New Partners in identified territory.
Work with Honeywell partners & support them to grow their business.
Provide the necessary marketing support to customers as per the company policy.
Interact with Consultants, architects in the identified territory to promote Honeywell solutions.

Reporting & Systems
Report to the Regional Manager.
Work closely with the HSG team (tech support, commercial & Sales team members) to ensure focus on customers.
Ensure timely completion of all reports & formats for the geographical territory allocated.
Collections
Ensure timely collection of all outstanding receivables. Help in resolving all outstanding reconciliation issues on a periodic basis
Ensure that the credit policy is well understood by the customers.
Should travel by Bike/ Car

Training & Support
Ensure necessary technical training to the HSG customers
Understand and get branch support to resolve issues of after-sales-support / warranty etc.
Market Intelligence and Analysis
Continuously monitor developments in the market & competition activities, and ensure timely communication to branch head
Meet select end-customers regularly and obtain feedback.
