Job Description 1. Attending the trouble shooting calls of Support functions & field.
2. Interfacing with support centers of OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturers)
3. Escalating un-resolved issues to FLCL.
4. Coordinating the audio/video conferencing.
5. Coordinating up monthly preventive maintenance task.
6. Generation and closure of mail related activities related to Call Center .
7. Duly escalate to IS team in case of soft ware problems.
8. Responsible for taking up server related trouble shooting calls.
9. Preparing the duty roster of the team.
Consolidating the time sheets of the team and submission to the FLCL.
