Job Description Primary Duties and responsibilities-

Communicate, liaise and negotiate internally and externally using appropriate methods to facilitate the development of profitable business and sustainable relationships.
Develop an effective organization structure to deliver on sales, projects and provide customer support as needed
Deliver sales forecast and to develop market plans for India.
Establish distribution channel and develop dealer network
Manage and maintain the country P&L statement to deliver on profits required
Managing and overseeing inventory to maintain appropriate levels
Develop business plan
Deliver sales plan
Provide new product development planning and management
Monitor and report on market and competitor activities and provide relevant reports
Other duties as required by Manager
Desired Profile
Desired background and experience

8+ years experience working in Refrigeration/HVAC/controls industry
Excellent communications abilities and management skills
Proven track record for delivering sales, strategic vision and quantitative analysis.
Competence in being a team player, and coaching and must be a result orientated
