Job Profile:

1) Analyses and interpret vacancy / job requirement, to undertake appropriate searches to meet client expectations

2) Conduct search on the requirements and accomplish optimum and timely delivery of the results

3) Adept with high speed Internet search techniques

4)Holistic understanding of Business as it relates to sourcing, qualifying, evaluating & closing right talent.

Mobilizing human resources through various means such as Job Portals, References and Existing databank.

5) Follow up on offered candidates and conduct reference checks if needed.

Strong hands on experience with MS Office products.
