Job Description

1. Perform L1, operations like Product configurations, operation, maintenance and activities related to WIFI setup.
2. Perform preventive maintenance and routine activities such as system backup, health checks etc. on a regular basis for WIFI system elements.
3. Provide daily, weekly, monthly reports as per the requirement
4. To act on relevant problems/issues escalated from END CUSTOMER. Troubleshoot reported problem and find out and submit RCA for the same with the help of L2 or operation manager.
5. Help end customer network/business team with configuration changes of WIFI setup elements on as needed.
6. Provide emergency on-call assistance after agreed business hours for WIFI setup outages & critical issues
7. Assist L2 or operation manager in creation/change of procedures and documents to assist in the regular maintenance procedure.
8. Create Knowledge Base Articles & Technical Notes.
9. Perform software upgrades of WIFI system elements as needed.
10. Fortnightly MIS reporting /presentation to END CUSTOMER management for activities carried out during last fortnight.
